what is it about the school run? I have a love/hate thing with it too. Love taking girl to school & having time to self, hate that I have to get up and do it. Love getting her home at the end of the day, hate that it usually rains or snow at exactly that time so I have a grumpy child moaning all the way home!

I can't say I have a love/hate relationship with the school run more hate/hate. lol! I really don't like how my whole day/week is dictated around it. But I must get better at not resenting it....as I have years of it to come! Maybe when the weather is nicer it won't be such a drag.

I have finally stopped doing the school run after 10 years! Yay! Now my daughter (12 yesterday) has joined her older brother (15) at high school. They walk to school which is great because it's zilch involvement from me tho I am (too frequently) texted to take in forgotten pe kits and lunch money lol x
